MINING PRODUCT LINE
Hensley mining wear parts include the proprietary parabolic brand of teeth and adapters as well as complete lip systems for loaders (Blade Saver II) shovels and Scoop Trams in a hammerless installation that offers unmatched safety and ease of installation.
Hensley have recently introduced a completely new concept in lip systems: the patented J-Bolt Edge System for LHD Scoop Trams and Loaders. WELD-ON LIP SYSTEMS FOR SCOOP TRAMS
Hensley cast alloy lip shrouds provide maximum wear and protection for all makes and models of bucket lips used on LHD(load-haul-dump)tram loaders. Installation is fast and easy for these weld-on style lip shrouds.
Hensley Cast Lip Systems offer superior performance over the ESCO line of similar products.
Hensley has designed their shrouds with the following features:
• Extra material in the high wear areas.
• Sharp contour for better penetration.
• Versatility to fit several different bucket widths, types and configurations.

MECHANICALLY ATTACHED LIP SYSTEMS FOR SCOOP TRAMS
Hensley’s mechanically attached J-Bolt Edge for LHD Tram Loaders offers maximum bucket lip protection plus some advantages over conventional weld-on shrouds.
• The shrouds are constructed of a harder alloy as they do not require welding.
• Low profile/sharp contour designs allows for better penetration reducing cycle times and overall wear on tires and machine hydraulics.
• Complete shroud/lip change outs in minutes with only a wrench with no welding required.
THE BUCKET SHOP “FALL ARREST SYSTEM”
Unit can be either mounted permanently on cement pillars or can be made portable through the aid of fitted solid castors or foam filled pneumatics for rough terrain.
Unit arrives 100% ready to erect and includes all hardware, steel members, bolts, 5 point harness, trolleys, castors of choice and retractable landyards etc.
The units are primed and painted safety yellow and all ladder rungs and platforms are covered with anti-slip coatings.
Every unit arrives with detailed instructions and will take approximately 8 hours for 3 men to assemble. Equipment required to assemble include a boom truck and forklift. The complete unit weighs approximately 3200lbs.
The units come with a full year warranty on all parts and labor and replacement parts are available upon request.
All shipping will be done FOB Timmins and unit can be crated for overseas shipping. Delivery time frames vary from 2-5 weeks.
