Water Base Plywood Edge Sealer is low VOC, non flammable coating designed to maintain dimensional stability of plywood, OSB and dimensional lumber. This ready to spray, pigmented coating exhibits excellent moisture repellency minimizing checking and edge deformation due to moisture absorbtion. Recommended for application to the edges of plywood packages or lifts during the banding operation. Designed for plywood mills and industrial applications where a non-flammable coating is desired.
Plywood Edge Sealer is a solvent based, fast drying coating designed for the protection and corporate identification of wood and composite sheet goods products. The product has excellent penetration and "hold out" properties to minimize moisture uptake and edge swell. Plywood Edge Sealer is easy to apply by spray method, has high coverage and sag resistance performance yet retains excellent non-blocking properties to eliminate sheets sticking together.Recommended for application to the edges of plywood packages or lifts during the banding operation. Also suitable for application to MDF, OSB or other composite boards.
A quick-drying, water-based paint designed specifically for coating rough or dimentioned lumber. This product sprays easily with high coverage and very good adhesion to damp lumber. It penetrates well to obliterate burn marks and stains that may appear on the wood. This is a low VOC, environmentally safer option to traditional solvent-based paints featuring low odour, non-flammability and much greater worker safety. For end sealing or side stencilling dimentioned lumber packages or rough sawn timbers or cants. This product is kiln compatible.
A high build, water-based, transparent coating with very low toxicity designed to reduce checking (splitting) on the ends of green lumber. Designed for manual or automated airless spray application to package ends ofdimensioned lumber. Available in clear or pigmented for spray applications to lumber package ends. Chek-Stop will exhibit a high degree of water repellency to reduce moisture transmission, minimize checking, mold and sap stain discoloration.For protection of all species of lumber whether kiln dried or green. Dry times are dependent on temperature and relative humidity. Best results are obtained by coating wood immediately after milling.
