Pleated media for high dirt holding capacity
Polyester: reinforced with epoxy coated steel wire on both sides of cloth, expanded metal I.D.
Paper: heavy duty industrial strength paper surrounded by heavy gauge galvanized expanded metal
40 - 50% increased dust loading capacity with prefilter (part number suffix P)

NMO series filter bags are composed of nylon monofilament mesh, which is a woven fabric with evenly-spaced holes. These filter bags are suitable for surface filtration only; monofilament consists of single untwisted thread.

FOS filter bags are designed to remove both oil and grease from aqueous based liquids. FOS filter bags feature a unique two-in-one bag construction which separates functional layers of material, thereby allowing maximum exposure time while keeping pressure drop across the material to a minimum. The specially engineered multi-layered construction includes an inner prefilter layer and a middle layer of polypropylene microfibers designed to hold 10 – 20 times their own weight (32 or 64 ounces) in oil and grease.

Polypropylene needle felt features a three dimensional structure of high porosity. This results in a much higher solids loading capacity over the equivalent area of mesh fabric. The outer surfaces on all filter bags have been heat treated to give a glazed finish to help reduce fibre migration.
