Expecting excellent all-weather tire performance for bigger vehicles is a bit of a crapshoot, but the Nordman WR delivers. It uses what's known as a Slush Edge in its asymmetrical tread pattern that evacuates snow and slush particularly well, as indicated by our independent test results. Its performance on wet or dry pavement gets very good marks thanks to the self-locking 3D sipes in the center of the tread that give longitudinal and lateral stability. The WR's hydroplaning resistance, even at higher speeds, is one of the best we've tested for an all-weather tire that's only available at Kal Tire. Not available in Quebec.
