Martin® Belt Cleaners set bulk material handling industry standard. In fact, Martin is the pioneer of the multiple cleaner system, consisting of:
Primary Cleaner - Installed on the face of the head pulley below the discharge trajectory, this cleaner uses low pressure to remove approximately 75 to 90 percent of the residual material.
Secondary Cleaner(s) - Installed at the point where the belt leaves the head (discharge) pulley, or further along the return where space permits, these cleaners remove the remaining material. Additional cleaners can be installed if conditions require additional cleaning.
The multiple cleaner system created by Martin is now the standard for applications on belt conveyors, and has been accepted universally.
The Martin® QC1™ Cleaner PD features a curved one-piece urethane blade for long belt scraper life and quick-change blade replacement.
The Martin® SQC2S™ Secondary Belt Cleaner incorporates individually-cushioned tungsten carbide blades for effective conveyor belt cleaning without risk to belt, splice or blade.
Martin® Food Grade Belt Cleaner fits requirements of belt conveyors in food processing and packaging. Available as primary or secondary cleaner.
