HD Bi-Metalic wear block patterns on bolt-on liners increase wear life in high impact applications, where our high chromium carbide plate provides the life in high abrassion applications. Designed wear kits make on-site installation easy, operation downtime. Our team of engineers can design and supply custom wear castings and apply additional robotic overlay service like ProARM™ or PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc) to increase wear life even more.
Raptor can modify breaker screen designs to suit the needs of the plant throughput and sizing requirements.
