SEPRO BLACKHAWK 100 CONE CRUSHERS
 
The Sepro Blackhawk 100 Cone Crusher is a modern, hydraulically operated cone crusher designed to be simple, rugged and effective for heavy duty mining and aggregate applications. The combination of the speed and eccentric throw of the crusher provides fine crushing capability and high capacity in a very compact design. The Blackhawk is capable of being applied as a secondary or tertiary crusher as well as a pebble crusher.
 
The Blackhawk 100 is driven directly via a flexible coupling to the electric drive motor.  This arrangement eliminates the need for sheaves and v-belts, allowing for simplified operation and maintenance. A variable speed drive package is included to optimize the speed of the machine to the given liner profile, feed and production conditions.
 
The lock bolt design for holding the cone liner in place eliminates the need for a torch or burning ring. Any potential for damage during liner changes is also eliminated.
 
In the event of tramp material entering the crusher, the hydraulic cylinder allows the release of the material. For larger material the cylinder may be engaged to clear the chamber.

SEPRO TYRE DRIVE SCRUBBERS
 
Sepro’s line of heavy duty  utilizes a powerful and rugged Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) package, allowing the equipment operation to be fine-tuned based on the application. The Rotary Control Console (RCC) component features a touch-screen HMI (Human Machine Interface), which is used to control and monitor the operating parameters. Every Sepro Scrubber AutoPAC comes complete with a jacking cradle, tyre pressure sensors, and hardwired safety limit switches.
 
The tyre drive system is a stand-out feature included in Sepro Scrubbers. The drive is built to be simple, effective and low maintenance. Tyres on the scrubber are designed to be removed individually without complicated shaft, bearing and coupling arrangements. Tyres are carried on purpose built wheel assemblies, which are driven by a bevel/helical gearbox direct connected to the electric motor. Starting and speed control is done via an AC variable frequency drive.
 
Every Scrubber manufactured by Sepro comes complete with a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). Located within the Rotary Control Console (RCC), the TPMS feature protects the operation from costly downtime due to under-inflated tyres. The system works as a closed loop control, allowing the HMI to disable the VFD should the operating conditions of the equipment stray outside of its defined parameters. Monitoring the equipment’s tyre pressure greatly improves machine performance over time.
