Making Safety Work

Dumas is exceptionally committed to the health and safety of all our employees, and to providing superior health and safety performance to our clients. We offer a world class health and safety training program to our new employees, in addition to refresher training and awareness programs for our long-term and returning employees.

Our goal is to achieve Zero Harm by empowering our people to proactively identify and address safety hazards both in and out of the workplace. This vision is anchored by the possibility of continuous improvement. We have introduced several new tools, such as weekly safety shares, to connect with our growing global workforce.
