How do I get a quote or place an order?
Call us at 705-560-9421 and ask to speak with our sales department.
E-mail us by using our contact form.
Fax us at 705-560-4663 with attention to sales.
 
How do I make a purchase?
You may make a payment by cash, money order, cheques, Visa or MasterCard.
Net 30 day terms are available for frequent customers upon completing a credit application.
 
Do you do repairs?
Yes! You may send your damaged seats to receive a free quote. We can repair, scrap or send back the seat at your discretion.
 
Do you have other seats not on your website?
The content of our catalogue is our usual stock products that we carry. We can help you find the seat or parts that you need regardless if it is not featured in our catalogue.
 
How do I get a copy of your catalogue?
Simply contact us with your address, or ask us to send it with your current order. We offer our catalogues in either English or French. Unless specified, the catalogue will be in English. Upon request, we also carry a complex version that includes more detailed diagrams needed for engineers.
 
Returns
Return authorization MUST be acknowledged by a sales associate for all products prior to shipping. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense. A restocking fee of 25% may be applied.
