AUTOMATED GREASING SYSTEM ON-SITE INSTALLATION - STAY FOCUSED ON YOUR CORE BUSINESS
Our on-site system installation, conducted by trained technicians with fully equipped Mobile Workshops allows you and your personnel to focus on critical day-to-day activities. FLO's Industry exclusive Mobile Workshops are equipped with hydraulic crimpers, welding equipment and on-site inventory, giving FLO a greater ability to adapt to on-site changes.
FLO is the only company in the industry with a formal on-going technician training program. All our technicians have a skilled trade ticket, are participating in an apprenticeship program or have applicable industry experience. Using qualified FLO installation personnel means lower total install costs for you. For "hands-on" training, your personnel can work alongside our technicians during your installation.
TYPICAL AUTOMATIC GREASING SYSTEM INSTALLATION CAN INCLUDE:
• Pre-installation phone call to confirm details.
• Confirmation of WSIB coverage and general liability insurance coverage.
• Pre-installation application inspection and review.
• Pre-installation attendance at any local safety program.
• Confirmation of installers' training re WHIMS, First Aid and others as required.
• Check-in with designated contact upon arrival.
• Review of installation details upon arrival with designated contact.
• Adapt systems as feasible based upon input from local operating personnel.
• Site clean-up at the end of each day.
• Final walk around to review of installation and clean-up of site with your designated local contact.
• Post-installation on-site training with your operating or maintenance team.
"Hands-on" training by scheduling your local maintenance people to work alongside our trained technicians.

We need a mature self-starter to independently do on-site installations and servicing of auto grease systems at customer locations (initially 80% of the time) or, when not on service calls or installations, help expand our customer base (with guidance) within the defined region.
