Pipefitter / Boilermaker
Having mastered the arts of manufacturing one-block pieces and welding high pressure components, the SOUCY team accredited ISO 9001 : 2008 is also in a position to manufacture and/or prefabricate and assemble pipes, coils and valves in our piping workshop, in addition to the installation of onsite industrial piping. Your projects will be executed with exceptional expertise. Our certified pipefitters can weld steel and exotic metals with ease. For example:
Carbon steel/manganese/molybdenum (SA-285, SA-515, SA-516, SA-537)
Chromium steel/manganese (SA-387, ASTM A-182)
Stainless steel
Nickel steel (SA-203, SA-204)
Incoloy 800
Inconel 825
Etc.
Finally, each element can be inspected by an engineer thanks to devices of the highest caliber, which allow for leakage tests and weld inspections with magnaflux, ultrasound or, most often, X-rays. A full report is provided at the end of the contract to ensure better quality monitoring, traceability of materials, procedures, inspections, etc.
Principales fonctions:
Effectuer différents travaux mécaniques sur les l'équipements lourd miniers, soit pour entretien préventif, changement de composantes, réhabilitation des l'équipements, les mises à niveau requises des fabricants
et le suivi des équipements.
Principale responsabilité :
- Prendre connaissance des besoins des clients, des devis et des appels d'offres.
- Évaluer et estimer les travaux.
- Préparer un sommaire pour approbation
- Remplir et soumettre les bordereaux de soumissions.
