Our expertise as modular builders

Strategically situated in the entrepreneurial region of La Beauce, RCM Modular was founded in the year 2000 by innovative entrepreneurs. RCM Modular quickly set the benchmark of modular construction in the design and fabrication of large scale workforce housing projects, apartment/condominium buildings and assisted livings. Our projects have been delivered all over Quebec, Ontario, Alberta and the Northeastern United States. RCM is able to export our product efficiently whether it be by train, barge or transport.
Thanks to its 110,000 square feet and its 18 double work stations equipped with the most recent technology, our ultramodern factory is at the heart of its success. Every week, we build the equivalent of 16,000 square feet of liveable space, that is, approximately 20 modules. All our residential and multi-residential modules are assembled and inspected by our crew of 175 qualified and conscious of the quality of our products employees. Even if the timetable is very tight, we always respect our time schedule while maintaining our high standard of quality.

Concerned with the comfort and durability of our constructions, we only use superior quality products. In the optic of offering you a superior energy performance, RCM Modular is a member of the Select Group of Novaclimat in Quebec and Energy Star in the United States. The company is also certified PFS for its residential distribution in the United States.
