Structural Panels Inc (SPI) is an all-Canadian manufacturer of high quality, steel-skinned sandwich panels that are designed for walls, partitions, ceilings, and value-added projects. Our products have been utilized in commercial, industrial, and residential projects across the country. SPI panels are particularly well suited for industries requiring clean rooms, fire resistance, controlled temperature rooms, or high wash-down areas. We also offer a complete range of associated and accessory materials to complement its products and support a complete installation. Over the years, we have established strong relationships with a number of different industries, such as; food processing, agriculture, and retail establishments.

First established in 1987 as ‘Isowall Inc.’ (and later changed to 'Structural Panels Inc.' in 2000), we began producing an expanded polystyrene (EPS) structural panel called ISOWALL®. Isowall panels are particularly adept for architectural applications where thermal efficiency and/or a controlled atmosphere is required. The panels met established criteria set by Agricultural Canada’s Food Production and Inspection Branch (now CFIA), and continues to be used wherever insulating, sanitary, and/or washable walls or ceilings are required.

In 1997, SPI began producing ROCKWALL™, which is a superior, fire-resistant mineral wool panel. Developed specifically to meet demands for a fire-resistant, aesthetic, high performance, steel-faced building or wall system, this airtight panel system can be installed easily and quickly, producing an efficient thermal envelope unit that has unrivaled fire resistance and a small carbon footprint.

Today, Structural Panels Inc. is one of Canada`s leading suppliers of custom-built, quick delivery, insulated panels and provides panels to commercial builders, contractors and specialty builders throughout Ontario, Quebec, Western provinces and the Maritimes. Our company continues to grow rapidly and we are expanding our product line to encompass added insulation panel options and acoustical panel products.
