WSP et GENIVAR Raflent les Honnuers au Gala de Remise Des Prix du Sommet Mondial de la Construction D'enr!
Projects involving WSP and GENIVAR received four awards at the first-ever ENR (Engineering News Record) Global Best Projects competition. The awards were presented at the ENR 2013 Global Construction Summit Awards Gala on June 6 in New York City.
The Shard in London was singled out as Best Large Project of the Year, demonstrating the past year’s best achievement in worldwide project excellence. In addition The Shard was selected as the Best Project in the Retail/Mixed-Use Developments category.
The BC Place Revitalization in Vancouver was selected as the Global Best Project in the Sports/Entertainment category, and the National September 11th Memorial in New York was honoured with an Award of Merit in the Cultural category.
The criteria for the awards were safety, innovation, contribution to the global community, aesthetic quality and workmanship, and global diversity of the project team.
