From the very beginning, Priestly Demolition has committed to finding innovative and green techniques and incorporate them into each and every project. Today PDI is able to divert at least 95% of complete building structures away from landfills. Through years of dedication and developing a network of industry contacts, PDI is able to maximize re-use, recovery, and recycling opportunities during every demolition process.

 

Our staff have the skills and knowledge to be able to actively identify and selectively dismantle valuable components for resale including: wood beams, steel structures, and plant equipment. We are also able to recover items such as doors, window, and office furniture, which are salvaged for resale.

 

 

Concrete and asphalt are crushed on site with our mobile recycling plant, allowing for these materials to be used for a variety of purposes, including future development of the demolition site.
