Basics of Supervision

 

This course is intended for crew-level construction supervisors – especially those who have never received any training in supervisory skills or in their health and safety responsibilities under the Ontario law.  Participants will gain basic skills and knowledge to assist them in developing their competency as supervisors.  Corse content will include elements of supervising, motivation and communication, legal responsibilities, health and safety programs, site emergencies and accidental investigations, and construction injuries and fatalities.
