Faced with the events that are taking place in the country, the Colombian Mining Association-ACM calls on Colombians to surround the institutions and forcefully reject violent acts

The COLOMBIAN MINING ASSOCIATION - ACM in the face of the situation, is allowed to inform the public that:
 
  1. We believe that the construction of a country with more social development, employment and well-being is only achieved through dialogue, that is why we celebrate the invitation that the President of the Republic has made to the different social, political and union sectors to start a conversation national, which we hope will be welcomed by all.
  2. We believe in the capacity of the State, the Government Institutions, the National Government and the citizens to reach agreements within the institutional framework; that allow to recover stability, public order and safeguard the lives of Colombians throughout the National territory.
  3. We call for everyone to defend the rule of law, democracy and the institutions that support it, and to unite to reject any violent expression.
  4. Finally, we want to remember that empathy, solidarity and respect for the life of each of the citizens are values ​​that must be present in the constant work for the welfare of our country.
 
What unites us is Colombia.
