Blueprint Phase

In this phase we work with the client to identify their priority business needs. This process integrates business goals and objectives, and identifies key metrics required to increase profitability of the client’s fibre value chain. The Blueprint phase will mine historical data sources to understand the variability of the forest resource. The process uses a forest-specific sample planning tool to demonstrate the trade-off between cost and accuracy for information gathering. The client will be able to interact with this tool to determine the best option to achieve their business goals. The completed Blueprint phase establishes the roadmap for the following FiDEX™ phases.In this phase we work with the client to identify their priority business needs.
