We’d like to introduce you to SolidCONNECT.

SolidCONNECT is the process of aligning or “connecting” business goals with technology solutions.

The SolidCONNECT objective is to develop, manage and deliver consulting services that help maximize the customer’s investment in technology, not just training.

SolidCONNECT is comprised of Technology Consultants who solve business issues and challenges as they relate to the designs, production and deliverables created by you. They offer support on how to optimize operations by transforming the way you do business.

Our approach is to focus on change management, improving productivity and developing new opportunities for your business through the process of aligning technical workflows with business objectives. We analyze your business by assessing gaps in the design and delivery processes. We’re looking to improve efficiencies by recommending ways to develop and advance workflows.

You’ve invested time and money into software; let us help ensure that you are leveraging your investment. By mapping your current processes, or lack thereof, we work with you to develop and implement software-based methodologies and procedures.

We assess a customer’s strengths and weaknesses to develop a full engagement implementation plan with measureable, time-bound objectives. The recommendations that we provide include best practices and top-level expertise from years of experience and customer successes.

Our goal is to guide clients on how to integrate new technologies within an organization’s structure and applying industry knowledge that is aligned with technology solutions.
