Rogue Update: Strong Stone Sales continue, first Positive EBITDA

TORONTO, ON – Rogue Resources Inc. (TSX-V: RRS) (“Rogue” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce continued progress at Rogue Stone with 6,914 tons sold in Q3-2021, from November through January with an average realized price per ton of $70 and Cost of Goods Sold (“COGS”) of $37/ton. In total, Rogue Stone has now sold more than 25,000 tons, realizing close to $2M in gross sales.
 
Today the Company filed its Q3-2021 financials for the three months ended January 31, 2021 (available on Rogue’s website or through the SEDAR filing system). It was an historic quarter for the Company, after 143 quarters with no earnings, the Company realized $72,193 of EBITDA.
 
“We are pleased with the performance to date from Rogue Stone. We continue to hit our production forecasts and safely produce great product for our customers”, said Sean Samson, President and CEO of Rogue. “The EBITDA is starting small but it’s a good change from the past and a step forward in building a profitable business.”
