Our commitment to safety is unmatched and our actions have spoken volumes. Our extensive training programs and diligent commitment to the health and well being of our employees has not gone unnoticed.
Our approach to safety is consistent. We have concluded that proper planning and consistent monitoring are the keys to reduced incidents.
At CSM we excel in planning the work and then working the plan. We do this through a number of programs that internally audit our progress and continuously measures performance against the target of Zero Incidents.
CSM achieved 100% compliance for the 6th year in a row on the Industrial Educational Co-operative (IEC) Safety Management Assessment. This is a third party audit which analyze the O.H.S.A. regulations and best industry practices.
Our WSIB experience rating factor is amongst the best in the province.
