Crisis Management / Security Awareness Training

The content of this series defines the need, make-up, and functions of a Crisis Management Team (CMT) and it puts a focus on the importance of security awareness. Participants will be asked to outline various situations that the CMT could face in their specific company and prepare plans to counter the threat. Through dry run scenarios, the teams will learn how to rehearse and refine their plans.

Our training programs include universal fundamental principles, but are also focused on risk elements particular to the client's location and circumstances. We will address current local criminal activity and its potential impact on your employees, as well as how their status as employees of a high-profile corporation might - or might not - impact their vulnerability.
