The Intelligent Endpoint (IEP) product line provides the computing power and the input/output (I/O) capability you need to collect available data on board your mobile fleet. Once you have the data you need, you can analyze part or all of it at the edge, and deliver the results to the office or cloud based systems for appropriate analytics.
Access network and sensor data directly with the IEP collector.
The 3D-P IEP-collector, which is part of the IEP-Suite, allows you to collect data about your wireless environment from your devices’ perspective – providing real intelligence on the state of your network performance. The IEP-collector will also collect data from all connected sensors, such as Valor tire monitors. In this particular example, the tire monitor data is compressed and archived on the IEP until the appropriate rules are met that require transfer of the data to a cloud based data concentrator.
Access machine health data for better planning.
When you have access to the machine health data of your operation, you are better able to proactively make decisions and avoid expensive downtime. In order to give our customers access to this critical data, we’ve partnered with Honeywell. Through this partnership we are able to offer machine health data for the majority of mining machines. This data can be provided directly to you for analytics or you can choose to use the Honeywell MEM data analytics package – a complete machine health package.
Fleet productivity data can help you find and solve problems.
Another valued 3D-P partner is iVolve. Through our partnership with iVolve, we deliver both asset health data and fleet productivity data. Again, the data can be delivered raw, and available for analysis by your chosen analytics engine, or you can choose to use the full iVolve Production Monitoring and Asset health reporting system.
