CB Acquires Max Splicing Getting Ready to Deliver More
We am excited to announce that as of July 1, 2013, Canadian Bearings has acquired the assets of Max Splicing, a highly respected conveyor belt installation company that services Southern Ontario.
At Canadian Bearings, we are committed to investing in our company to ensure success tomorrow and into the future. The assets include state of art equipment, vehicles that facilitate on-site installation and additional inventory. The increased capability that Max Splicing brings will allow us to reach new markets, service more customers and build a stronger business. As part of the transition, the Max Splicing name will continue to be used in order to benefit from their reputation and to communicate their specific expertise in the area of belting.
CB is now ready to offer complete turnkey installations and well positioned to becoming a dominant player in our belting marketplace.
