PALFINGER’s educational institution, Palfinger University, has seen continued success since it first opened its doors back in 2005.
Staying true to the company’s core values of Innovation and Education, Palfinger University has become an integral part of instructing the North American workforce in the areas of sales, service and installations for PALFINGER’s products new and old.
To date, more than 1,700 trainees have completed the various programs offered through Palfinger University. With locations in Tiffin, Ohio; Trenton, New Jersey and Cerritos, California, the courses are taught by a team of experts from PALFINGER’s North American Sales & Service Departments.
Electronic display boards, simulators, computer software and automated models help the trainers in trouble-shooting exercise and teaching product knowledge.
Regardless of whether the participants attend training for Sales or Service and no matter which product is the focus of study, the attendees will most definitely secure a competitive advantage from their achievement.
