Dugald River is a significant Zinc project located in Northern Queensland. The project underwent a 12-month trial stoping program to prove up the viability of the longhole open stope mining method. With approximately 200 people working on site, Dugald River produces around 1Mt per year. The project has been approved for full production scope and Barminco now provide all development and production mining services.
