Eby-Baldwin

May 27, 2020

Eby-Baldwin is strategically located 10km west of the town of Kirkland Lake and is contiguous with the Macassa Mine property, while also adjacent to Agnico Eagle's large land position. Major structures including the Amalgamated and Main Breaks converge with the Cadillac-Larder Lake Break on the Eby-Baldwin property.

Eby-Baldwin spans 4,300 hectares and hosts the convergence of major gold hosting structures including the Main Break, Amalgamated Break, the Kirana Break and the Cadillac-Larder Lake Break. The property has a historical resource of 4,600 tonnes at 21.9 gpt gold and has produced minor gold from high-grade quartz veins (18.0 gpt gold).

High-Potential Exploration Targets

Baldwin Mine: A shaft from 1929 with 4 levels to 127m depth exists with lateral development of 1,177m. The zone contains narrow high-grade gold quartz veins up to 0.6m thick. This zone needs follow up drilling to test the convergence of the major structures.

Eby Zone: Historical drilling showed narrow, high-grade gold quartz veins in NW trending porphyry and volcanics surrounded by low-grade but anomalous gold in wall rocks--up to 26.1m grading 0.34 gpt gold. Structures go through the Eby Zone which will be tested.

Walters Zone: Walters zone has a historical intercept of 5.8 gpt gold over 0.76m in a mineralized quartz vein. This zone needs follow-up testing.
