Improvements have been made to eManda!
In order to serve you better DriverCheck has made several improvements to the Participant section of eManda. Below we have listed the most noticeable changes. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact us at 800-463-4310.
• Some field names have changed - "hire date" is now "start date of program" and "term date" is now "end date of program".
• The "start and end date of program" fields are now filled in automatically so you do not have to enter them yourself. DriverCheck actually needs to record the start and end dates of the participant's involvement in the random program, as opposed to the hire and termination date.
• A new "comments" field is available for you to enter notes into. However, once you saved a note it can not be viewed by you, it will simply be added to our internal comment section for that participant. We ask that you only enter relevant information in this field that is participant specific.
• A new "Not Hired" check-box has been added. Only check this box for participants you did not hire.
• When adding participants a pop-up box will appear to remind you that your DOT driver
must be qualified, either through a pre-employment drug test or an exemption.
TIPS
• Please always remember to "Log Off" the "eManda" website when you are finished in order to ensure complete security of your company information.
• DriverCheck cannot assume responsibility for any data entry errors occurring through the use of this web site.
• When adding DOT drivers, don't forget that they must be qualified. Either have a negative pre-employment drug test completed or confirm the driver is exempt.
