The Constance Lake First Nation Employment Program is funded through Matawa First Nations along with programs in nine other communities. The Employment Coordinator works with the community members who are looking for work, helping them to be job ready. The Program meets the needs of community members who have employment inquiries, want help with job searching, resume, cover letter and employment insurance application and report writing and program information.
 
Currently,  members will not have access to the computer lab at the band office as changes to space is being reassigned.
 
The Employment Office is open weekdays from Monday to Friday to work with Constance Lake First Nation community members, either in person or by telephone between 8:30am and 4:30pm.

Cultural Support Band Representative

Under the Direct Supervision of the Band Representative, the Cultural Support Worker is responsible for promoting and ensuring that families receiving child welfare services are delivered in a manner which is both respectful of and congruent with the culture of Constance Lake First Nation. 

Community Support Band Representative

Under the direct supervision of the Community Band Representative, Constance Lake First Nation requires a Community Support Band Representative for Child Welfare to advocate/represent registered/affiliated with First Nation members that are involved with any/all Child Welfare Agencies throughout Canada. 

Band Representative Office Assistant

Under the direct Supervision of the Community Band Representative, the Band Representative Assistant will provide assistance to the Band Representative Program in prevention, intervention awareness and administrative services to the community members of Constance Lake First Nation.
