Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
23 April 2020 update:
- Extending rosters to reduce movement of people
- Relocation of interstate employees
- Introducing flexible working arrangements with people working from home where possible
- Hiring additional vehicles and charter flights to ensure social distancing is maintained while travelling to site and during site activities
- Floor markings 1.5 metres apart in pre-start areas to ensure social distancing
- Reduced number of contractors permitted on site to perform mill shutdowns and extending shutdowns to perform tasks in compliance with required protocols
- Introducing occupancy limits in offices and meeting rooms
- Additional paramedics hired for the duration of the pandemic to ensure at least two paramedics are on site per roster
- Daily temperature testing and screening of all personnel on site
- Daily COVID-19 briefings to employees

Travel
All international travel has been suspended. Domestic travel is restricted to critical operational activity only. -
Health and Safety of Operations and Head Office
Each Evolution site has worked through a risk assessment and developed strategies to minimise the risk to our people and the interruption to operations. This includes reviewing office and site working arrangements to support smaller work units, reducing face to face meetings and offering flexible work arrangements which align to business continuity.All Evolution sites have action plans in place in the event of an Evolution employee or contractor requiring medical treatment or testing. -
Communications
Regular updates are being provided to all employees via email and through our internal Novel Coronavirus portal which includes Frequently Asked Questions and links to informative websites. We encourage all our people to continue to stay engaged and support each other through this difficult period. A confidential Employee Assistant Program support line is also available for all employees.

As UG Mine Geologist, you will focus on the implementation and improvement of geological processes reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist.
