Executive Team

An experienced corporate lawyer and business professional, Mr. Keith (B.A., University of Ottawa, and LL.B., University of New Brunswick), services clients throughout Ontario from offices in Timmins and Cochrane in the heart of northeastern Ontario’s gold belt. Mr. Keith began his career in Toronto with a prominent national law firm gaining experience on some of the country’s most complex commercial transactions. Mr. Keith has a highly specialized legal practice which is centered upon a number of key regional industries, including mining.

Mr. Rokeby is a Partner and Business Advisor in MNP’s office in Timmins. Mr. Rokeby has more than 30 years of experience delivering a full range of business advisory, tax and accounting solutions. He has significant knowledge of the mining sector, having acted as controller and / or chief financial officer for several junior mining companies.

Mr. Iserhoff has over twenty-five (25) years experience as a finance professional. Most recently, Mr. Iserhoff was the Business and Economic Development Officer for his home community, Taykwa Tagamou Nation, where he supported Chief and Council in the management of its various business interests. Mr. Iserhoff launched his professional career with Deloitte and has held finance roles with two retail organizations and a financial services company. Mr. Iserhoff is a CPA in both Canada and the United States and has an MBA from the Rotman School of Business.

Wayne is a graduate in Earth Sciences (Geology) from the University of Toronto with over 40 years experience in mineral exploration and project administration. Wayne is a specialist in gold and base metal exploration covering the complete geological and geophysical spectrum of exploration techniques with an emphasis on Ontario and Quebec based projects. Wayne has managed numerous junior exploration companies with titles ranging from Exploration Manager to President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Gloster, Exsics Exploration Limited, has over 12 years experience as a senior exploration advisor and contractor, project manager and prospector. Mr. Gloster has experience working with exploration companies, junior miners and producers throughout the country.

Alan is a professional geologist with over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration including roles as Senior Geologist and District Geologist of various gold and base metal projects throughout Canada and the United States. A Co-founder of Geovector Management in Ottawa, Ontario, Alan has spent much of his career with major mining companies such as Kidd Creek Mines Ltd. and Western Mining Corporation. In addition, Alan has significant experience in northeastern Ontario, having managed several advanced diamond drilling programs on gold projects throughout the Abitibi Greenstone belt.
