Our state-of-the-art, roll-to-roll automated fabrication machine can weld up to five geomembrane panels wide. Prefabrication, also known as factory fabrication, refers to the process of seaming or welding geomembranes or geotextiles into large panels that are folded and transported to the project site. Factory fabrication is done under ideal conditions in our fabrication plants; there is no worry about extreme temperatures, moisture, or duct interfering with the production of a sound seam. Factory fabrication also reduces or eliminates field seaming, speeding up installation and significantly reducing costs.
