We have two of the largest CNC brake presses in the world – a 1500 ton x 16’ press in our Sudbury facility and a 2000 ton x 16’ press in our Mississauga facility, both built in Canada by Accurpress. Using these machines, our experienced technicians have revolutionized the design possibilities for cold forming high hardness steel.  Examples of our innovative work includes bumping and cold forming 2.5” thick HS 500 and 0.75” thick x 122” wide HS 550.  Both machines have a 14” ram stroke and a programmable automatic backgauge.
