Foundations™ Training
Foundations™ is the name of Martin Engineering's Industry Training Programs. These workshops train plant operating and maintenance personnel and engineers about belt conveyors - how they work and how to make them work better. Foundations™ is offered at three levels to suit individuals with varied levels of responsibility and experience:
Basic Foundations™ Training
Basic introduction to belt conveyors and their components and conveyor safety considerations.
Operations & Maintenance Training
In-depth look at methods to improve the safety, performance and payback of belt conveyors, through controlling fugitive material and improving system efficiency.
Advanced Training Seminar
Focused on the improvement of conveyor systems to reduce fugitive material, control dust, extend component life and improve performance.
Foundations™ Training - Online
Also available on-line and includes nine modules totaling 12 hours of training. Each module concludes with a quiz and certificate upon completion.

Service Technician
The Service Technician is responsible for servicing, installing, and performing maintenance contracts for all Martin products on various customer applications, including operation of equipment used in performing silo cleaning.
Field Service Sales RepresentativeService Technician
The Field Service & Sales Representative will work closely with the Business Development Manager and sales staff to not only identify sales opportunities within the service route but also to generate sales as well.
