We've been producing castings for clients across North America from our foundry in New Liskeard, Ontario, Canada since 1906.

Wabi Iron & Steel Corp. is a full service foundry. Services include complete on-site CAD design and pattern making facilities; quality controlled alloy composition; precision casting; fine finishing; through shipping service and export documentation.

Wabi Iron & Steel Corp. is one of North America's foremost manufacturers of general and abrasion resistant iron and steel castings. Wabi's facility provides foundry products ranging from 5 to 8,000 lbs in Ni-Hard, chrome iron, grey iron, steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. Our diversified product range includes wear resistant parts and components for smelters, mills, chutes, slurry pumps, crushers components and high impact parts.

 

Our facilities include a pattern shop, a chemically-bonded sand moulding system, four induction melting furnaces, heat treatment facilities, and a full machine shop available to produce wear and heat resistant parts and components for a wide range of industrial applications.

 

We also manufacture single and double unit bullion furnaces (oil and propane fired), slag pots, bullion moulds, trucks and refractory lining materials for precious metal refining. For your custom or OEM manufacturing requirements, a comprehensive engineering and design department is available.
