General Conditions for Capitale Hélicoptère and GoHelico

 

RESERVATIONS

 

A gift-certificate holder must make a reservation in order to use their package.

All flights leave from the Quebec City International Airport.

 

Last-minute reservations are accepted according to the availability of services.

 

If the gift-certificate is used more than a year after the issue date, GoHelico reserves the right to demand the payment of the difference between the value of the product/service at the time of purchase and the value at the time of its usage.

 

GoHelico requires a minimum of 48 hours for all reservation cancellations. Without such notice, GoHelico reserves the right to consider a gift-certificate as having been used. The schedule, prices, and itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.

 

 

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONING 

 

Capitale Helicoptere reserves the right to cancel a flight due to poor weather conditions or security reasons. In the event of a cancellation before take-off, GoHelico is not responsible for costs incurred by the passenger in travelling to the site of the scheduled appointment (ex.: transport, lodging, food). The ticket remains valid at all time until the end of its term and another date will be granted in arrangement with the passenger.

 

RULES ON-BOARD 

 

GoHelico’s pilots are the only authoritative figures during a flight. Accordingly, they have authority over all passengers. They can, at any moment, decide to disembark any person or load that presents a threat to the conduct or security of the flight. They can also interrupt the flight for safety reasons. 

 

RESPONSIBILITY

 

GoHelico is not responsible for inconveniences or annoyances that may result from delays for its passengers.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS

 

Any purchase or usage of GoHelico’s services is subject to the full and total acceptance of the present conditions. GoHelico is operated by Capitale Helicoptere.
