Global Ethics & Compliance

Jul 6, 2015

Message from Sandy Cutler, Chairman and CEO

Nothing is more important to Eaton's overall success as an enterprise than our ethical values. Our shared regard for the highest standards of honesty and integrity is our biggest strength.

Each of us knows that every time we do the right thing, we reinforce the understanding among our fellow employees, our customers, our suppliers and our shareholders that this is how we do business at Eaton.

We understand that we must be guided by our shared ethical values because to do otherwise puts each of us, as well as our entire enterprise and all the value it generates, at risk. And so, we encourage all our stakeholders to express concerns, raise issues and encourage the highest levels of integrity. If you ever come to believe we're falling short, I hope you'll let me know.

Alexander M. Cutler
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
