Mr. Flumerfelt has over 30 years of experience in the mining sector holding senior positions with various mining operations throughout Canada, Africa and Asia. He joined Redpath in 2003 as Senior Vice President of Operations and was promoted to his current position in 2005.

Chief Financial Officer
 
Mr. Kahn is well versed in global business operations including strategic management and accounting. He is responsible for the overall financials of The Redpath Group. Mr. Kahn’s specific area of focus is the support of Redpath’s growth targets in terms of process efficiencies as well as structural optimization and resource management.
 
 
PAUL HEALY, P.Eng.
President, Redpath Americas
 
Mr. Healy is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of project management, business management, mine operation and engineering experience. His technical expertise, combined with extensive operational experience, project management and an acute business acumen, allows him to quickly understand clients’ needs and contributes to innovative, effective solutions. Paul is a key contributor to the success of many projects, from small development efforts to large multi-faceted mining projects, and his safety leadership has been instrumental in achieving Redpath’s ever-improving safety performance.
 
 
 
LAWRENCE SCHULTZ
Managing Director, Redpath South Africa
 
Mr. Schultz has over 40 years of experience in the mining industry, including nearly 30 years spent in a variety of senior managerial roles. Mr. Schultz joined Redpath in 2011, and has led Redpath South Africa through a growth period as both General Manager and most recently, Managing Director. His portfolio of experience includes vertical and inclined shaft sinking, decline development, mining of steeply dipping and narrow tubular ore bodies, and open cast and mechanized mining.
 
 
JOCHEN GREINACHER, Dipl.-Ing.
Managing Director (Chairman), Europe
 
Mr. Greinacher, Master of Civil Engineering, has more than 25 years of experience in mining construction, shaft sinking and ground freezing. Mr. Greinacher has been with the Deilmann-Haniel Group since 1986 and held Managing Director positions of Deilmann-Haniel Shaft Sinking, Deilmann-Haniel Mining System and Deilmann-Haniel International.
 
 
 
MICHAEL J. KELLY
President – Redpath Raiseboring Limited; Sr. Vice President – Redpath Canada Limited
 
Throughout his many years in the mining industry, Mr. Kelly has focused his efforts in the field of mechanical excavation. Mr. Kelly’s executive responsibilities include the administration and management of Indonesian operations as well as overseeing our raiseboring and marketing efforts globally.

Mr. Ramage brings an extensive mine contracting background, in both metalliferous and coal, to Redpath. He has specialized in the application of continuous miners, roadheaders and tunnel boring machines through.

Mr. Hansman has been involved in a wide variety of mining projects including management, business development, engineering and field operations at locations around the world. Mr. Hansman is responsible for Commercial Services including project support and business development.out his career.
 
 
DEREK BUDGE, CRSP
Director of Health, Safety, Environment
 
Mr. Budge is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional with over 30 years of working in the mining sector including 15 years in managerial and field aspects of HSE Management. Mr. Budge is responsible for ensuring Redpath’s approach to HSE management is consistent and focused on delivering world class practices on all our projects.
 
 
 
LELANI ROBERTSON
Director of Human Resources
 
Ms. Robertson has over 20 years’ experience in HR in various industries. She has held various senior executive positions and been responsible for the overall HR function for groups of companies in the construction industry. She joined Redpath in 2015 as HR Executive for Africa and was promoted to Global Director of HR in 2018. Ms. Robertson has extensive experience in leadership development and strategic alignment and is responsible for supporting the organisation to achieve its objectives through people.
 
 
ROUAN DU RAND
Vice president, Project Management Support Services
 
Mr. du Rand’s blend of engineering, mine contracting and consulting experience, with particular focus on project management and controls, enables him to deliver commercially attuned solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Rouan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 25 years’ experience spanning the consulting and underground mine contracting spectrum. His results driven approach demonstrates vision, innovation and outcome thinking, with a resolute client focus.
 
MARTY ROWAT
Director of Information Technology
 
Mr. Rowat has over 25 years of experience in Information technology with global experience in IT operations, best practices, standardization and administration. Mr. Rowat joined Redpath in April 2013 and is responsible for the company’s IT strategy, resources and continuous improvement initiatives around the globe.

Raglan - Mechanical Forman

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Superintendent and/or the Project Manager, the primary role of the Mechanical Foreman is the direct supervision the underground and surface mechanical personnel to ensure that all mobile and fixed equipment is maintained, repaired and functioning according to project requirements and safety standards. 

Kemano - Mechanic

The primary role of the Mechanic is to perform preventive maintenance and repairs to diesel, electrical, hydraulic and air operated equipment. 

Cagetender- RedLake, Ontario

Under the supervision of the Superintendent/ Shift Supervisor, the primary role of a Cagetender is operate mineshaft conveyances which may include skips and/or cages and other devices that are used to move workers and material within the mine shaft safely.
