Mno-zhi-yaawgamig, the Pic River First Nation Health Centre, is a federally funded, community based program that focuses mainly on health promotion and prevention strategies. The mandate includes the operation, management and implementation of health and social services programming within the community.

NORTH EAST MENTAL WELLNESS AND CRISIS TEAM
The North East Mental Wellness and Crisis Team responds to crisis situations and provides on-going mental health services to individuals, groups and families in Biigtigong, Pic Mobert, Michipicoten and Pay Plat.

DPCTT is an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, a social worker, and a traditional healer who work together to provide patients with primary care services in participating communities.
