Aboriginal Healthy Babies Healthy Children (AHBHC)
- Supports for pregnant women and families with children 0-6 years
- Home visits by AHBHC worker and other home visitors
- Helps expecting and new parents with having a healthy pregnancy, child birth, breastfeeding, nutrition, child development, and being a parent
Crisis Intervention
- Provides crisis intervention services to individuals affected by family violence or any situation where there is a crisis
- Offers on site or telephone assistance
Diabetes Education Program
- Information about living with diabetes
- Includes monitoring, blood sugar levels, food choices, exercise, medications, lifestyle choices and foot care services every 6 weeks
Family Well-Being
Ensure the best interests, protection and well being of children and their families
Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD)
- Provides support to the Health Sciences North Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) Diagnostic Clinic and advocacy for the families attending the clinic
