The goal of the Constance Lake First Nation Chief and Council along with the Constance Lake First Nation Housing Authority is to meet the housing needs of all of their members, in accordance with existing policies and subject to the availability of funding. The Constance Lake First Nation has constructed 106 houses in the past 15 years.  Constance Lake First Nation Housing Authority programs are managed in accordance with policies regulations and procedures and adopted by the Housing Authority and Chief and Council. The Housing Committee deals with the planning, construction and clearing of land for new houses being built.

Cultural Support Band Representative

Under the Direct Supervision of the Band Representative, the Cultural Support Worker is responsible for promoting and ensuring that families receiving child welfare services are delivered in a manner which is both respectful of and congruent with the culture of Constance Lake First Nation. 

Community Support Band Representative

Under the direct supervision of the Community Band Representative, Constance Lake First Nation requires a Community Support Band Representative for Child Welfare to advocate/represent registered/affiliated with First Nation members that are involved with any/all Child Welfare Agencies throughout Canada. 

Band Representative Office Assistant

Under the direct Supervision of the Community Band Representative, the Band Representative Assistant will provide assistance to the Band Representative Program in prevention, intervention awareness and administrative services to the community members of Constance Lake First Nation.
