Industry Associations
CEMI works with and is a member of a number of industry associations in mining and in related industries.
These include: Mining Association of Canada (MAC), Chamber of Commerce, Ontario Mining Association (OMA), CMIC, MSTA & MineConnect. These relationships allow for communication of key issues faced by the industry, understanding of the industry requirements as well as providing insights on the needs of the industry.
Importantly, these partnerships help to facilitate co-ordinated advocacy work to influence policy, regulation and government relations, and develop the collaboration networks, necessary for innovation.
