Explore great opportunity for junior exploration companies, major mining companies, mid-sized producers, prospectors and stock exchanges to come face-to-face with individual investors and seek out new business opportunities.
 
PDAC 2021: The World’s Premier Mineral Exploration & Mining Convention will take place from March 7-10. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing challenges it has created, we are unable to confirm the event format at this time. However, our team is currently exploring a number of options. The health, safety and well-being of all participants is our priority and these principles will guide us in our planning. We will provide further updates about the application process, payment dates and registrations on this page as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.

Renewing Exhibitors: We will send a reminder email to your PDAC 2020 booth representative. If you need to change your representative you can do so by logging in to your booth representative's account and clicking on "Update Booth Representative and Associated Staff" at http://events.pdac.ca
 
If you wish to relocate, please submit your renewing application as soon as they are released as we process requests on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
PDAC 2021 inclusions to be determined. 2020 exhibit space included: 
 
  • A standard flameproof 8' high back drape, 3' high side white drape (hard walls not included)
  • One 120 volt electrical outlet
  • Aisle carpet only
  • On-site support services
  • One Exhibitor Manual (if requested on application form)
  • 24-hour peripheral security
  • Company contact information published in the Convention Program
  • Company listing on the convention website (online exhibitor list and floor plan)
  • Four complimentary Exhibitor Staff Passes (permits access to the Trade Show & Trade Show North and Investors Exchange show floors only)
  • One complimentary All Access Pass, one Convention Bag, and one Convention Program. The All Access Pass (this is a generic pass which can be shared among the four exhibit staff) entitles one person at a time to access the Indigenous Program, CSR Event Series and Technical Program.
 
Corporate Members
 
Exhibitors applying for the corporate member booth rate must also submit a 2021 corporate membership application form with payment. The corporate membership application form is available with the online and PDF application forms.
 
PDAC reserves the right to process booth payments at the non-member rate if the membership application form and payment does not accompany the booth application form. Corporate membership payments will be processed upon receipt and are non-refundable.
