The Walden Group’s Machining Division is the newest division added to The Walden Group. Our Machining Division provides custom machining, CNC machining, and fabricating throughout the industrial sectors. Our staff includes licensed Millwrights, Ironworkers, Steam Fitters, Electricians, Fabricators, Welders, and apprentices in all these trades.

OUR FACILITIES: 42,200 SQ FT of shop areas located within the Sudbury region 7,500 SQ FT of shop area located in Timmins ON Lift Capacity: One 10-Ton overhead crane and five ancillary 5-Ton overhead cranes Turning: 4 lathes which can turn up to 27″ dia Do-All Automatic Saw – with capacity to cut up to 12″ dia round bar 70-Ton Hydraulic Press All Welding requirements Milling: Two manual Bridgeport style mills, one vertical
CNC MACHINES: CNC Plasma with 10′ x 20’Bed CNC Brake: 220-Ton CNC Shear: 10′ Bed, 30-Ton CNC Lathe: 27″ dia Capability CNC Mill
