• Linehaul (Van / Reefer)
    Canadian hauls only with a focus on overnight trips
     Pulling single trailers
     Pin to pin with limited freight handling
     Regular runs and routes
 
• Extended length vehicle
     LCV – long combination vehicles
     Turnpikes and Rocky Mountain Doubles
     Van, reefer, and flat deck combinations
     Scheduled runs and routes
 
• Short haul/peddle run
     Regional short trips requiring freight delivery and pickup

     Daily runs from home terminal to surrounding communities
     Handling a variety of heated, dry, and refrigerated freight
     Home daily
 
• Bulk haul
     Hauling bulk commodities
     Hauls located in Northwest Ontario, Northern Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta
     Focusing on the forestry, mining, and agriculture industries
     Local and long haul runs available depending on commodity and location
     Scheduled operations
 
• City P&D (Tractor Trailer)
     City pick-up and delivery
     Operating within your local terminal service area
    Hauling heated, refrigerated or dry vans
     Ongoing customer contact
     Scheduled hours
 
• City P&D (Straight Truck)
     3 Ton or 5 Ton
     Heated, refrigerated and dry freight
     Class 5 or 3 license with air brake required
     Local pick-up and delivery
     Ongoing customer contact
     Regular hours and workday schedules
 
• Shunt
     Moving trailers in the Gardewine yard
     Available mainly in Winnipeg and Toronto
    ○ Use of hydraulic fifth wheel tractors
    ○ Regular hours and workday schedules
     Hooking and unhooking of LCV’s
 
• Flatdeck
 
• City P&D, short haul / peddle run, and line haul
 
• Canadian work only with a focus on central and western Canada
     Super-B and single trailer hauls
     Load securement and tarping requirement
     Variety of hauls to suit individual needs
     Scheduled backhauls to minimize wait time
     Paid wait time and work time

Trailer/Tractor Mechanic

Reporting to the Maintenance Foreman, this position is responsible for all types of routine maintenance on our Tractor fleet.

Forman Dock

The Foreman will carry out all the supervisory activities of the cross dock operation through a team of dockworkers and lead hands; additionally, the Foreman will partner with the terminal support team and drivers to ensure operational excellence.

Local Deck Driver

Our Flat Deck Driver is responsible for completing all types of flat deck freight deliveries and pickups.
