Juan Camilo Nariño Alcocer
He has a Master's degree in Public Affairs and citizen participation. Her professional career has been spent in high-level positions in the public and private sectors. For 8 years he served as a union leader in the National Association of Entrepreneurs - ANDI, becoming its Vice President where he was responsible for the operation of the Sector Chambers, the negotiations of trade agreements with Europe and Korea and the regulatory strategies for each one of the sectors of the economy.
In the past, he was Co-President of the Business Council of the Pacific Alliance during its constitution and negotiation, and worked for the OAS in peace negotiations with the self-defense groups. He was Anti-Corruption Czar between 2002 and 2004. He is currently an active member of the Advisory Council of PROCOLOMBIA and of the Boards of Directors of CESA, the Institute of Political Science and the Country Clinic, among others.

Ana María Zamora del Castillo
Lawyer, 2003 Fellow of the NDI (National Democratic Institute) in the program of strengthening democracy. She has extensive experience in the Public Sector, especially on issues related to royalties, territorial and environmental development. She has served as Advisor to the Ministry of Environment; Housing and Territorial Development, of the Vice Ministry of the Interior and member of the structuring project of the General System of Royalties of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. Her professional practice has an emphasis on the construction of public policies, analysis and legislative and regulatory follow-up, as well as lobbying and inter-institutional relations, among others.

Carolina Gutiérrez H.
Social Communicator of the Javeriana University and specialist in Public and Corporate Social Responsibility of the Grancolombiano Polytechnic. Expert in harmonizing relations between Government, Industry and Communities and in building alliances for the sustainability of projects. She has worked as an advisor to the Office of the Minister of the Interior as a liaison on the issues of childhood, criminal justice, gender equality and disability; as Director of Dissemination and Marketing in the National Administrative Department of Statistics, carrying out the communication strategy of the General Census 2005 and in charge of the dissemination and positioning of the surveys produced by the entity; as Social Advisor to the National Hydrocarbons Agency in charge of the relationship and social viability of hydrocarbon projects, to coordinate the PINES-Strategic National Infrastructure Projects and the approval of Programs for the Benefit of Communities, social investment, in the regions; as Social Consultant of the National Mining Agency, supporting the Third Party Participation Hearings that are held in different regions of the country.

Claudia Varela
He has served as Administrative Services Assistant at the Association since 2014.

Diana Bayer
Diana Bayer is a Process Engineer from EAFIT University, with a master's degree in Thermal and Fluid Engineering from Carlos III University of Madrid. She has worked in several mining companies in the south of Bolívar, Antioquia and Chocó; leading dialogue processes with communities and artisanal miners to achieve a successful integration to the projects.

Diana Bustamante
Industrial Engineer from the ECCI University, specialization student in Occupational Safety and Health at the same university, with a diploma in Senior Management from the Polytechnic of Colombia. She has worked as an analyst of Administrative Acts for the Integral Reparation Unit for Victims at the head of the Presidency, she has worked in the administrative and financial areas of different entities.

Giovanni Beltrán
Publicist from the Central University with a specialization in Corporate Communication from the Politecnico Grancolombiano, he has 7 years of experience as a graphic creative in public, private entities and the union sector. He has worked as a graphic designer at the Colombian Mining Association since August 2015.

Lorena Rojas
Business Administrator of the University of Applied and Environmental Sciences UDCA Linked to the Colombian Mining Association since the second semester of 2014, as Administrative Coordinator.

Marcela Beltrán
Lawyer from the Universidad Santo Tomás, specialist in Administrative Law from the same university. She has worked as a Legal Assistant in the Superior Court of Bogotá, labor room, where she projected guardianship decisions. She worked at La Equidad Seguros, where she performed a legal recovery procedure.

Maria Paula Jaramillo
Lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario, specialist in Administrative Law from the Universidad Javeriana and with studies in Senior Management at the Universidad de los Andes and Inalde. She has extensive experience in the public and private sector, especially in energy and hydrocarbon matters, standing out in managerial positions in entities such as Ecopetrol SA, Hocol SA, the law firm Philippi PrietoCarrizosa, the Superintendency of Home Public Services, the National Hydrocarbons Agency. and more recently in the National Savings Fund. Her professional performance has focused on the articulation between public policies and business development.

Nasly Salcedo
Social communicator and journalist from the Universidad de la Sabana, with postgraduate and master's degrees at the Universidad del Norte de Barranquilla and Waikato University in New Zealand. Passionate about corporate communication, her work experience includes different companies and organizations from the public and private sector such as Cerro Matoso, Fedepalma, the United Nations World Food Program and the Colombian National Navy.

Sebastián Martínez
Civil Engineer from the Colombian School of Engineering and Master in Economics from the Javeriana University, he has worked as Deputy Director of Studies in the Secretariat of Economic Development of the Mayor of Bogotá and economic assistant in ANDI, among others. Since September 2016, he has been the economic director of the Colombian Mining Association.
