Mr. Tessier is a Professional Engineer and Geologist, involved in the mineral exploration and mining industry since 1989, including 12 years as Director, President and CEO of publicly traded Junior companies.  Mr. Tessier started his career as Exploration Manager of the Quebec exploration office for Cominco Ltd in Noranda.  He subsequently became geological consultant to the industry with clients from both the major and junior sectors in Canada, South and Central America and Central Asia.  In 2003, Mr. Tessier was appointed President, CEO and Director of Murgor Resources Inc.  a position he held until 2015 when Murgor successfully merged with a Toronto-based junior exploration company.
 
During his tenure at Murgor, the company raised over $38M through equity financing and asset value-creation (i.e. acquisition – value addition – monetization).   Since 2016, Mr. Tessier has been employed by the Ontario Geological Survey and has been an adjunct Professor at Queen’s University in Kingston since 2018.
 
Some of his technical achievements include the discovery of Zones 43 and 45 at the Barry gold deposit in Quebec (1995-96), Zones 11, 17 and 54 at the Windfall Gold Deposit in Quebec (2003-04) and directing the exploration team that led to the delineation and expansion (by a factor of 200%) of the Hudvam & Wim Cu-Au deposits in Manitoba (2007-08).
 
Mr. Tessier obtained his Engineering degree at Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal and his MSc in Economic Geology at Queen’s University in Kingston.
 
 
MICHEL CHAPDELAINE

Mr. Chapdelaine has over 25 years of international experience in the exploration, mining and drilling industry. He holds a B.Sc (Hons) in geological engineering and an M.Sc. from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. Immediately after completing his M.Sc. which was sponsored by SOQUEM, he joined Virginia Golds Mines as a Senior Supervising Geologist. Mr. Chapdelaine remained with Virginia for over 10 years where he was instrumental for a number of gold and base metals discoveries in the James Bay area of Northern Quebec, including the Gayot (Ni, Cu, PGE), Coulon (Zn, Cu, Ag) and the Éléonore Gold Mine. Mr. Chapdelaine was then directly involved in the sale of the Eleonore deposit to Goldcorp Inc. in 2005; a transaction valued at US$420M. In 2006, he founded his own geothermal engineering and drilling company which he sold in 2009 to FTE Drilling where became a Director of the company. FTE is an international drilling company specialised in mining (RC), well, pilling, sonic, directional and geothermal drilling in 9 countries. While at FTE, Mr. Chapdelaine oversaw the Ontario, Quebec, Guyana, Suriname and French Guyana operations. Most recently, Mr. Chapdelaine served as Director and VP Exploration and Development at X-Terra Resources.

 
 
NATHALIE LAURIN

Nathalie Laurin has over 30 years of experience in administration and accounting. The experience gained through working in various roles with increasing responsibilities, primarily in the natural resources sector, has given her a solid mastery of finance and project management. Since 2006, she has acted as corporate secretary and/or chief financial officer for several companies, most notably mineral exploration companies, including Critical Elements Lithium Corporation, Delta Resources Limited, MPV Exploration Inc., Quebec Precious Metals Corporation and BlackRock Metals.
