Walter Hanych, P.Geo. President, CEO, Director
Walter Hanych, Professional Geologist registered in Ontario and Saskatchewan has thirty three years of experience in the exploration industry from grass-roots projects to advanced mine feasibility projects including corporate structure and financing. Mr. Hanych has a broad range of mineral exploration experience in; gold, base metal, nickel, uranium, PGE, and industrial mineral exploration throughout Canada and internationally. Mr. Hanych has worked or consulted for major and junior companies, including INCO, Falconbridge Nickel, and Copper Fox Metals at their World Class 800+ Mt. Schaft Creek porphyry copper project (Teck Resources/Copper Fox Metals J.V.). Mr. Hanych was involved with the team that initially recognized, the Cote Lake deposit (Iamgold Corporation) as a gold mineralized brecciated intrusive system. Mr. Hanych holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in geology, (1978), from Laurentian University. He is a member of the Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and the Society of Economic Geologists.
Jonathan Held CFO, Director
Mr. Held is a chartered accountant with CFO level experience with both private and public companies. Mr. Held has worked with a number of international resource based businesses including those in North America, South America, Eastern Europe and Africa. Mr. Held has been involved in numerous successful public market transactions including Initial Public Offerings, Reverse Takeovers and financings. Mr. Held also has experience in a variety of audit, review and advisory engagements, including reporting services for reporting issuers, corporate tax and foreign structure assessments. Mr. Held holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo.
Stephen Timms Director
Mr.Timms is currently an IBM Canada executive and brings 26-years of his expertise in operations, business transformation, change management and finance to the Signature’s Board of Directors. He is an innovative problem solver with broad-based functional expertise in operations, business transformation, finance and channel management. Mr. Timms has a proven ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, lead change, implement best practices, and execute disciplined performance management systems to drive successful business outcomes. In his career with IBM Mr. Timms has participated in numerous executive, management and leadership development courses. Mr. Timms holds a 4-year Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Dimitrios Kostopoulos
Dr. Kostopoulos, is a professor of metamorphic petrology and thermodynamics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece, a mineral exploration consultant to Hellenic Mines SA (porphyry Cu-MO-Au, epithermal Au-Ag-Sb and ophiolitic chromitite) and a geopark development consultant to City and Region Planning PC. Dimitri holds an MSc in ore deposits from Laurentian University, Sudbury, and a PhD in igneous geochemistry from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK. At Newcastle, he earned his degree working under the supervision of two leading authorities on volcanic geochemistry and Cyprus-type VMS deposits at the time, Professors Julian Pearce and Joe Cann respectively. Prof. Kostopoulos has over 25 years in mineral exploration in SE Europe and NE Africa, has been a Shell UK Research Fellow at the University of Durham, UK, an Overseas Visiting Scholar at the University of Cambridge, UK, and the Project Generation Leader for Eldorado Gold in Greece. Dimitri has been senior scientist in several EU-funded projects, as well as invited researcher, speaker and project evaluator by renowned institutions in Germany, Switzerland, France and the UK.
Dr. Scott Jobin-Bevans PhD, P.Geo.
Dr. Scott has more than 25 years in worldwide mineral exploration and has public company experience as a director, officer and technical advisor. Scott is currently Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of Caracle Creek International Consulting. He has expertise in project evaluation and in leading multi-million dollar projects from generative stage through advanced exploration and into development. Dr. Jobin-Bevans is an advisor and member of the board of directors for a number of public and private companies and held the volunteer position of President (2010-2012) of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
Mr. John LeLiever Consultant
Founder, is a third generation “Prospector” mineral explorationist with over 40 years’ experience in the industry. In the past, he has worked in the remote wilderness of Canada servicing the industry through his contracting companies specializing in surface exploration development to include owning and operating diamond drill rigs. For the last 12-years he has been directly involved in corporate development of exploration stage private and public companies. Mr. Leliever has been responsible for discoveries resulting in significant property acquisitions, including involvement in the now famous Cote Lake acquired by I AM GOLD and Trelawney Mining in consolidating a portion of the lands and NSR’s. Mr. Lelievers extensive knowledge of the exploration logistics and planning, particularly with remote locations and his corporate background have been the key to his projects success.
