At Austin, we make a full line of industrial explosives, blasting agents, and accessories.

Our main manufacturing facility is the Red Diamond plant in McArthur, Ohio. Opened in the early 1930's, it is the core manufacturing operation for Austin Powder Company. Red Diamond Plant is ISO 9001:2008 certified and is recognized around the world for state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and the incorporation of safe work practices. Austin cultivates a strong employee attitude toward safety.

Detonator-sensitive and booster-sensitive emulsions come in a variety of sizes, from 1" cartridges to 45,000 lb. bulk trailer loads.

• Detonating cords with a variety of core loads and coverings for mining and seismic exploration.
• Cast boosters, from 8 grams to 5 lbs., in varying formula compositions, depending on the energy requirements.
