- The test helps to ensure that you have adequate academic skills to successfully participate in and complete your program.
- If the assessment indicates that you are not eligible for direct entry, you can enroll in academic upgrading courses.
- In this instance, the results of your test will help your student advisor develop a training plan with you, to begin instruction at an appropriate level of learning.

- You will receive a preparation booklet with samples of the types of questions on the test.
- The session also includes information on our Academic Upgrading program, including the Academic and Career Entrance Certificate, with courses available on a full-time or part-time basis, to suit your schedule.

- Orientation to the college and its programs.
- If you have a disability that may affect your performance on the test, accommodations can be made.
- If you are from out of town, and cannot attend an information session or a test session, the test can be mailed to a proctor in your home town. This proctor should be employed at an educational institution, such as a high school, college, or university.

If the Employment Counsellor would like to discuss or proceed with the plan, contact the Academic Upgrading office to request a quote of the expected fees. We will ensure the training plan is current and/or reflects any changes requested by the Employment Counsellor
The quotation of fees will be sent by Fleming's Second Career office directly to the Employment Counsellor. Approval of funding is required prior to commencing with the training plan. If you proceed with the training plan without MAESD approval you are responsible for the fees applied to your account
If the funding is approved by the MAESD, please contact the Second Career office x 1503 to advise. You will be required to bring the full contract to the admissions office

The Senior Purchasing Officer is an agent authorized by the College to commit College funds to outside suppliers under the general direction of the Director, Purchasing.
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Admissions and Financial Aid, the Manager, Domestic & International Admissions is accountable for providing operational and administrative leadership, supervision, and direction to full-time and part-time staff within the Admissions area of the Registrar’s Office (RO).
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Accessible Education Services portfolio, including providing leadership and direction for all staff working in the area of Accessible Education Services (AES) as well as student initiated accessibility human rights case management.
The position will be accountable for planning, developing, marketing, implementation, administration and support operations of the assigned funded project(s) within the Continuing Education and Contract Training Department.
